Hi All,

Newbie here.  Be nice!

We are re-starting our art business after some years of being down.  We make "Buy Now Buttons" and use the e-mail links to invoice customers.  As the payment  links are quite long, we have always used SNURL (http://www.snurl.com) to create short URL's, which worked fine for years.  In fact, payment links and snurl's that we created years ago, still go to the payment page, as they should.

However, recently, every time we have created a new button and and a short URL  we get an unfamiliar re-direct and error message.

Here is an OLD link to our payment page for one of our products  from several years ago,  and it still works fine =>

https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business=alexandergallery%40alexandergallery.net&item_name=AGS0731021+...

Here is a new snurl that I just made a few minutes ago =>  http://snurl.com/27ox9d

Which produces this unfamiliar PayPal redirect/error message =>

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=rxPw-ZREtBWbmrxvPEJ4NA0PKJzHeeJVnz_low7t0fA7...

"If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."

If I use "Tiny URL"  http://www.tinyurl.com instead of SNURL  to shorten the link, it works fine.  Seee =>

http://tinyurl.com/5unnjtr

The people at SNURL are clueless about why this is happening!  They provide more services and we prefer them to Tiny URL, and in any event would like to understand and hopefully resolve this glitch before investing hundreds of hours making links that don't work and lose sales!

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Rex
