Can’t verift or link bank account

Everytime I need to accept money it makes me reverify my bank account but recently it keeps coming up with an error code that’s something along the lines of “unknown error has occurred” I’ve also tried linking my bank account it says “sorry were unable to process your request right now. Please try again later.” This happened last time and I called and they fixed it quickly but is there anyway to fix it without having to call anytime?
