need to look up 2020 reports

hello!

So somehow I never upgraded my personal PayPal account to a business account and just received a letter from the IRS stating my 2020 personal income taxes are incorrect because $xxx paypal income was not reported along with my taxes, I filed the paypal income with my business taxes so now I just need to fill out amendments with the IRS but I cannot find my 2020 totals/tax docs from paypal because I think the IRS is showing an incorrect amount. I just want to make sure I have the correct amount reported.

I just upgraded my account on paypal to a business account today so it is saying I have no sales/reports for 2020 and 2021.

How do I find them? thanks!
