When trying to download PayPal transactions in my Quicken 2017, i keep getting this error message: error [OL--1-B]
How can I resolve this? I didn't have issues before but its been this way since late April 2018.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
