Why don't transactions appear in "Activity?"

I have several transactions on Paypal that went through by use of a debit card OR ACH transfers drawn on my personal checking account. I'm trying to reconcile the vendor's records, Paypal records, online bank records and Quicken data. Paypal returns a blank page for activity. (All the same vendor.)
1. None of the transactions were subject of refunds.
2. All transactions appear in my online banking records as either
PAYPAL INST XFER [VENDOR NAME] WEB ID: PAYPALSI77 | ACH debit | -$[AMOUNT] |
if an ACH transfer
or
[VENDOR NAME] [website html] CA 11/08(...xxxx) Card -$[AMOUNT]
If a debit card transfer
3. Quicken syncs online and picks them all up simply as "Paypal", though it does distinguish between ACH and debit card transactions.
Again, Paypal shows NO activity during the relevant time frame.
