Transaction missing in the activity

Hello,

I made an online purchase through paypal account, after two days I did not received order confirmation and checked the paypal account and the transaction is not appeared on the activity. However I got confirmation email from the bank informing for the transaction concluded through paypal. Does anyone had the same problem or have any idea how to solve it?

Me too i have the same issue right now. I bought a kit online. I received an email and the transaction id as a guest. However, i created an account after with the same email and the same credit card but I can’t see the transaction In my activities. Is there a solution.
