Is this really a financial institution?
Sick of posting this all the time.
I use Quicken for six real financial institutions and have had a similar issue with them only a half dozen times in over ten years.
Every other month with this service.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
