I am so frustrated with Paypal support. I called twice and asked for a call back. They called back and when I wanted to connect, it disconnected both times and went to a fast busy. Then, I tried to call and stay on the line and after 15 minutes of being on hold, it just disconnected. When I try to e-mail, it says e-mail is down and to call. I just want my 1099 and am very frustrated!
Does anyone have any advice? Or, has anyone else had a similar experience?
