Hey community, I need some help. My husband used a Paypal account to start renting out one of our properties. He run this business for quite a period of time, and now It's been a long struggle that he refused to give this Paypal SOA (statement of account ) from the time he started it years back, as we need this now to properly distribute our properties, as I can no longer want to deal with him and want to move on with my life.I attempted to do this amicably, and I asked him in several emails but he just ignore my requests. I called Paypal customer service before and spoke with the representative, but they need his "okay" with this request, but he never did.
I was trying to handle things amicably as I just lost my job, and cant afford to pay lawyer.
Unfortunately, I'm dealing with a very selfish person and I don't know what to do.
Please help.
