Monthly Statement option no longer appearing September 2022

Hi, the option to download monthly financial statements appears to have disappeared from the PayPal Activity pane.

see attached screenshot. Note, pressing the ‘download’ looking icon only takes you to the ‘tax documents’ screen.

any help would be great!

Hi, this is happening to us too.  Desperate for the information for year end tax document.  Someone please help.

I was able to get to my PayPal reports by typing:

paypal.com/reports

in the address bar of my browser, which redirected to this page:

https://www.paypal.com/reports/help

Yes!  This workaround does the trick, but crazy that Paypal have not fixed the problem.  I download to Excel so that I can identify what the item is when it is not apparent from the name of the seller

OH thank you so much for this workaround - it's just what I needed and you get a gold star. However, I am going to continue the fight with PayPals' ridiculously long-winded messaging system to get my page restored to normal.

Exactly the same problem - clicking the download button takes me to some crypto currency tax document dead-end page?!

Trying to do my accounts and getting nowhere...

Check the workaround by Jimfern above.  It seems the page is still there, they haave just removed the link to it and seem in no hurry to correct the mistake
