Issues with Importing Bank Feeds to Xero Accounting Software

Hi,

Has anyone else had issues importing Bank Feeds from PayPal to Xero accounting software?  I have been doing it for years with no issues but all of a sudden it has stopped.  Trying to reinstate auto bank feeds I keep getting errors.  Xero advise me its a PayPal issue and PP say there are no known issues.  Its very frustrating manually importing every day.  I currently use Safari but have also tried Chrome and there is no difference.  Any advice from someone who has the same issue much appreciated.

Hi David,

 

After a couple of months of complaining to PayPal and Xero it finally got resolved.  Xero blamed PayPal and PP blamed Xero.  Eventually after lodging multiple help desk requests something was fixed in the backend.  It was something to do with changing me to a business account?  I then had to reset my PP password and log in and it finally worked.  Hope this helps you.
