How to see text field in Download History Report?

Hi folks, we've added a text field to a PayPal button submission.

I see the text folks have entered in the detail view of each individual entry.

 

How to see this info in a CSV (or whatever) report download?

Looks like we're already using the first two text fields for something else, and they show up as Option 1 and Option 2 in the reporting engine.

(And the field I'm looking for is not part of the canned reports.)
