Hi, I live in MA and used Ebay to sell some items. My gross incom less than 20000$ and I have only 69 transactions. Why I received form 1099-K from Paypal? Shoul I need to report this incom and pay taxes if I below of the requiarements? If yes, Do I need to pay just state taxes or state and federal?
