We used to have the option of seeing our running balance online - now it looks like we have to create a custom report to see that; OK, but when I do, I get a blank document. When I try in either Excel or TAB (.txt) files, I get nothing but a bunch of column headers, with no data. That's not helpful. Presumably, this function has been tested, and the problem is at my end, but what? Presumably, if I don't specify a different date, it should show the data from the most recent statement until today, but it doesn't work for me.
