My Activity Transaction screen leads me to believe I can search by a number of different search fields, Business Name, for example (see my screen shot).
When I called PayPal support - evidently they have shipped out all the jobs to non-English as a first language support people - gone are the great support people who worked there in the past. Too bad. They kept telling me there is no business named Wildcards (because I asked about using wildcard searching) they also told me it's for searching for transaction IDs. I need to know the transaction ID. Well, if I knew that - I wouldn't need to search now, would I? - All I want to do is filter down the screen to 4 or 5 entries - and drill down on each one. Is that too much to ask for?
Look at this screen shot and tell me why I am crazy to think I could actually search the Activity page using the Business Name as the criteria - and a partial name of the business with a wildcard/* ???
