Hi My opening balance was £32.00. Ebay requested an invoice payment and Paypal transferred £111.00 from my bank account into Paypal then paid Ebay. The invoice was incorrect and Ebay have credited back to me all funds. However my Paypal balance is zero and nothing has gone back into my bank account. Can you explain this please?
Unfortunately as this is a community forum, no one here has access to account info, you would need to contact customer support with your concerns. (We do know that the funds should be credited back to your PayPal Account Balance however, not sure of how long that should take, could be 1 to 2 days.)
