where is my refund

i bought a pc game  54.99 from EA Origin, 

asked for a refund, 

i can see refund +54.99 and states straight to card...

however, 

I deposited 50 quid on a betting site, won 25

withdrew this

saw in PP 75 quid

withdrew to bank

was in my bank account as cash in Seconds

So WHERE is my 54.99 refund that says should be back in bank ??

all the above was today

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

I understand it wont go back to my PP balance and with divert straight to my bank account, but seriously why should it take 30 days ?

Like my example from the betting site - the deposit to winning, to withdrawing winning from site to pp and seeing in bank balance was all within seconds.

Try reading the last part again.
