I have been trying to refund a buyer for items not received (packet empty on delivery...but signed for) . The buyer requested a refund for 'item not received' but when I refunded the request, the refund was for 1 item but there were 4 items sent in the empty packet which was bagged by royal mail as damaged. I tried to refund thro paypal but couldnt do it cos never had to refund before, so asked the buyer to put in a request for each remaining item, which they did. Now each time I try to process the refunds it states "the refund failed...there was a problem sending your refund to the buyer" can anyone help please? I dont know what im doing wrong.
