Hi. I was selling an item for £90. someone had agreed to but it and I sent them an invoice for the agreed sum. Once they had amde the transaction I recieved an email from paypal saying that once the item had been recieved they would put the money into my account. On looking at the email I noticed that the payment was for £70 plus £20 for shipping to Africa? As this was not the figure I thought we has agreed I cancelled the transactionand advised the buyer that I was not willing to sell it for that. they have said that I cannot cancel at this point as they money is now transferred??????
