Can anyone help i got a postage lable printed but when i got to the post office they said i could not use the lable and had to purchase another one,so i phoned ebay and they said if i did not use the lable by a certain date it would be canceld and a refund would automaticly be made to my acount i have not recieved a refund and at the moment have lost £32.00 i have been on my ebay and there is no cancel button for the postage i have also watched the video regarding cancelation which is useless it would seem that alot of us have been ripped of in this way, i have now read that if you do not cancel by a certain time then you have lost out this is not acceptable in my eyes .

You have up to 7 days to cancel which should be more than enough.....acceptable to you or not.

I've made a mistake. Can I get a refund or cancel my label? Yes. If your label is lost, damaged or no longer required, you can cancel the label and request a refund online up to 7 days after the label purchase.

To void a label:

1. Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left-hand side.

2. Click Postage Labels.

3. Find the label and select Void from the Actions column.

When you request the refund you need to specify a reason (postage destroyed, changed mind, postage lost, label did not print) which the carrier will assess. If the label isn't used, the refund will be processed within 21 days and the funds will be returned to the same PayPal account from which the label was bought.
