I have received an email to say my dispute had now been closed. I signed into the resolution centre to see why it had been closed and it stated the seller had issued a refund. This has not showed up on either my bank statement or my PayPal account?? Can you tell me how long I have to wait or if this is correct please?? I'm confused!

Hi nattilly

 

It depends how you originally paid 

 

If you paid with your ppal balance the refund should be pretty instant

If you paid by card it could take up to 7 business days
