Hi

I tried to buy something via Groupon and did not realise that Paypal sometimes delays the release of money so I did not win get it. However, my money went through to the merchant anyway and I would now like to know how to get my money back.

If the payment is showing as completed in your paypal account then you need to contact the merchant as ask them to refund it.
