I purchased a pair of boots and payed through paypal. When I eventually received them the heel was uneven. I sent them an Email asking for a returns code and it returned saying address not found. I replied to the Email that was sent to me thanking me for my order and this also returned to me. I went on to the website and had the contact number and when I rang a woman answered and said it was a private number. There was no invoice in with the boots or slip with an address on. I have tried to get reviews up about this site to see if anyone else has the same problem but cannot find any. How am I supposed to return them and get a refund if they cannot be contacted.
