hi i brought two items from the same seller in ebay and not reseved any of them i payed for them by paypal guest and now he is saying he has refunded both amounts but i can not find them anywere as i have now set up paypal with the same card
If you paid as a guest buyer then it won't show up in any paypal account you then open.
Refunds go back to the source of your original payment so if you paid with a debit card or credit card it will go back there but take a week or two to process through.
