re opening close case

a little early today I closed my case with PayPal i thought the transaction was fixed with Microsoft Corporation and I closed the case   , but it wasn't. PayPal put credit for $108, but its not there. They say they gonna debit from it... How do reopen the case again  so that I wouldn't have -108 in my account .

You can only open x1 dispute per transaction, once closed it can't be re-opened.

 

Did you get a refund email? Does the refund show in your paypal transaction history?

I too have been robbed by a chinese company ''Hobbywow'' after i purchased a Drone for £235 .

I had opened a case because they were taking very long with delivery, but little did i know after i received the Drone it would not work at all.

i closed the case in which i opened because of the delay of delivery. Now i cant open a new case for a refund; they're refusing to pay for return to resolve the issue.

 

I don't even have the funds to return the product for a refund. Shouldn't they be able to provide this, since they sent a defective product?

as it would cost £58 just to return it to them, which i do not even have.

 

Ain't that a **bleep**!!

You should never have closed the dispute, you can't re-open another one but you can ''change a dispute'' from non receipt TO not as described.

 

If you had done that you may have got your refund.
