The merchant cancelled the order because they do not have the merchdice that I was buying now the payment is pending on my account how do I cancell the pending payment or do they have to do it what can i do I need the money to purchace another item the money came out of my wallet so it is my money not credit what can I do?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is sometimes pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
