never received how do i get a refund?

I bought some trainers on a website and paid with my PayPal account. I haven't received them and I'm pretty sure its a scam website as IV tried multiple times to contact them but no response (although when making order/payment response was pretty much instant..but nothing now). I set up a case on PayPal about it and thought I could finally get it sorted but the next day I signed in on paypal to check it and couldn't find it in my open cases. But it was in my closed cases I don't know why as its not resolved. I then emailed PayPal to ask why it was closed and what could I do as I tried to open a new case but it wouldn't let me saying I'd already opened a case for it. PayPal emailed back some generic reply that wasn't helpful at all. Please tell me what I can do now???

I think you would be better of calling them and tell them you want to appeal your case
