Please some one help . I honestly think no one wants to help me . I just want my money .. And I don't know how to do it .. Ive struggled a week now with trying to get my 180.00 add to my account ive had since 2014 ... It says trouble confirming my id but I'm a verified card holder and PayPal dunno what the prob is and cash now dept dunno .. All I know is i have a account its active and i have money on a card i cant use.. I'm n tears please some one help

What card are you talking about??

Normally in the UK you can only add funds to your paypal account balance via a linked and confirmed bank account.

Ive always used this card and always loaded money through cash now load card . Never a prob till now and IM active and verified .. I'm so confused I'm confusing everybody .
