I paid online with paypal and there was a problem with my order so it was cancelled and the seller immediately refunded me. However this was on the 27th December and there has been a hold on my refund. It is now the 2nd of January. Paypal state underneath in details that they will contact me shortly. Can someone please tell me how long holds last for and why i havent got my money back straight away? I have never had this problem before. I need this money it is a large amount. Getting really concerned now that i wont get it back.
