as above i paid for a courier to collect a wheel from an ebay sale but they failed to collect it, its just the seller gos away tuesday 3rd june for 2 weeks and i cant get in touch with the courier i paid, im getting no reply on the phone or to my emails.
can i cancel my paypal payment and organise another courier to collect on monday.
