I have had money taking from my bank account for credits i did not recieve. How do i get my money back or have the credits owing to me?

PayPal offers Buyer Protection against physical items that have not been received. From the information you have provided in your post, the credits you purchased would not be eligible for Buyer Protection as they are intangible. If you have paid for Facebook credits but have not received them, I would recommend contacting Facebook directly for further assistance with this.
