ebay seller hacked, want reunding asap

hi

obviously i want to resolve this as quickly as possible. the ebay seller no longer exists so i can't go through the resolution centre. how do i get my money back quickly?

also, the hackers will have my details from this account. how do i protect myself from further finacial problems and identity theft? will paypal be doing anything to protect it's users identity from scammers.

Open a dispute for non receipt of item via the resolve a problem link in your paypal account.

there seems to be something wrong with paypal and it won't send my message to the person who scammed me.

is there some other way to get my money back?
