Yesterday (6th January 2017) I had won an auction for a phone then paid immediately after. next day the seller had a problem and had to refund me. I'm just wondering how long it takes for the refund to ''clear'' and get back to me? the only payment/card I have set up with my paypal account is my bank debt card.
