charges!!

A friend of mine sent me £150, but by mistake chose goods or services, so I only received £144.70- if I ask for a refund, I still have to pay the fee- doesn't seem fair, how do I resolve? help!!!

If you refund the full amount your fees get refunded as well APART FROM a 20p processing fee.
