a buyer has paid for an item but in the details section it says cancelled - issue a refund... why does it say this, has the buyer cancelled the transaction, i have posted the item and it has been delivered.
Suggest that you follow-up with customer support and ask then to look at the details in that transaction record. They should be able to tell you what's going on.
