canceling a pending payment

hi does anyone know how to cancel a payment i made i didnt have the funds in my account now it is pending i have now got the funds in my paypal account want to pay for the item i am buying on ebay now so is there any way to cancel the pending payment and then just pay for it ????

If the payment is being processed as an eCheque, then only the seller can cancel it - at the buyer's request.
