cancel echeque

I cant seem to cancel an echque whcih I raised earlier today. The help says press on action and cancel but the action column is blank in my transaction history and I cant click on anything. any ideas

You cannot cancel a pending echeque only your seller can cancel it for you.

Tell your seller to do this >>>

Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.

So only seller can cancell the eCheque?

I had the situation a little complicated. I order the postage and payed by paypal. I did not have that day enought money (usually Paypal taking the money few days later - but this time PayPal was quicker - I know it is my fault, I'm not complaining) To get delivery on time I paid with a different card (not connected with the PayPal. Now I would like to cancel this payment. How can I do it (I received information that eCheque has been sent to me)?

In this case is the seller still need to cancel the transaction, or I can somehow cancel this transaction? I'm confused right now...
