hi can someone pls help im worried sick ive bought some concert tickets of a private seller i have paid via paypal i asked seller to forward me confirmation of email, that they would have been sent when booking tickets havent recieved it yet and when ive checked on sight they have put up more tickets using a different phone number something isnt right and im getting a horrible feeling this is a scam how likely am i to get a refund any advice would be greatly appreciated as it is a lot of money i have spent and its supposed to be xmas presents for my kids feel so stupid now as ive neve orderd on the net before
