is there ever a quieter time?i was put through by ebay as i need them to open a case to claim my money back for a case that was closed which was endorsed by ebay and is covered by ebay buyer protection policy

I called Paypal the other day and after getting the One Time Password I called the 0800 number and after shouting the appropriate words at their awful automated system I got through almost immediately . You could try the 0800 number

2 hours!!! The kind of money PayPal is making, it's rediculous. Whole new view of PayPal, abysmal. Ughhhh...
