I need to refund one customer But I cant, because of "You cannot refund this payment right now because you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account." My primary currency was EURO and I converted everything into Euro. I have changed the primary currency to British pounds. My balance is Ł182. I need refund 59,99. How can I do it?
Why I getting the message "There isn't enough money in your PayPal balance to issue a full refund. Please add funds to your PayPal balance to issue a full refund or add a bank account and issue a refund by debiting money directly from your bank account." ?
