Where has my refund gone ??

Hi

Wonder can anyone help ? I have been given a refund by a seller. But after 4 days the amount does not show up on my paypal balance or my bank account. I paid by maestro card.

One more question. Has anyone any idea how to contact anyone in pay pal land ??? is there no chat or anything? no one to help out ???? ... Thanks Rob

Hi Rob your money should show in your paypal account after 7 working days.

Have a look at my earlier posts, it does give you the address to contact paypal.

Thanks for your reply . Is that the only way u can contact anyone at pay pal ?? Is there no live chat or email or anything ?? If there is only a postal address then that is just rediculous !

Hadge do u know how to get to the live chat on ebay ?? I was there once and they were  a bit helpful ... cant find it now tho ,. Thank you again ... Rob

If you funded the original payment using a card, the refund is automatically sent back there. Depending on the card issuer, it is usually available in your balance within a couple of days, however if it is a credit card it can take up to 30 days to show on a statement (depending on billing dates).

 Thank you . Yes your right. My refund  was back in my bank account around 7 days later. really appreciate the quick reply and refund from pay pal without any bother.  Oh and Maria your reallyllllllll pretty lol ........ Rob ; )

Hello  I would like to ask where my refund gone cause the seller send me back 22 pounds but still my paypall balance its 0   and that was a long time ago last month ?
