A few weeks ago a seller sold me fake Air Jordan shoes. I filed a claim and i was able to get a refund, thanks through paypal. I have tried many times contacting the seller but he seems to be avoiding me. I know he has recieved the returned item and i feel like he is not going to do the refund. what should i do next?
I am right in thinking that that the seller has said he will give you a refund but has not? Did you send the item back recorded delivery as if you did not there is little you can do as you have no proof you sent it back, if the seller won't reply then open a case in the resolution centre and get ebay to sort if out. They will probably decide in your favour and unlike paypal ebay will refund you to your credit/debit card or paypal account and then seek the payment from the seller. But without proof of delivery or proof of posting your pretty snookered as the seller can simply say they have still not had the item back from you even if they have. Hope that helps.Sue
