I recently made a purchase to an online phone unlocking service to find out that my mobile had already been unlocked. This left me with getting a refund for this online service. I got the refund but It will not go into my paypal balance or bank account as it says "paypal This transaction isn't eligible for a shipping refund." How do I get around this? Do I need to pay for a shipping fee as it is a online service.
