Stop someone taking money out of my account every month via paypal?

Every month the xbox live company Microsoft Luxembourg S.a.r.l. are taking money out of my account via paypal i have tried to stop it through my bank but they cant stop it ,

3. Click 'My money.'
4. Click 'Update' beside 'My pre-approved payments.'
5. Select the 'Merchant Name' for the Billing Agreement you want to cancel.
6. Click 'Cancel.'
