I recently asked if an ebay Seller would end an item early . He agreed and ended the item with no bids . He sent me his contact number subsequent paypal email .
I sent a payment but , strangley I haven't been able to get a reply from him since yesterday . I wonder if he is trying to avoid me now , maybe call me paranoid .
However I wondered if he carried on avoiding me , where I stood in terms of potential claims ?
