Hi I sent an echeck by accident was browsing online at beds and a website showed buy now bill me later option so a I had a look, the bill me later was for paypal so when it asked me to login I didn't think anything of it and it has sent the money to this company. I don't have the funds in my paypal or my bank account and I'm really worried. I have sent paypal an email and also the company explains what's happened as I can't cancel it on my end. Will this money be taken out of my bank account even tho there is no money? Will I be charged any fees? What will happen with my paypal? I'm really worried and in such a panic at the moment.
Hi saddly I've not heard back from them emailed a few times and not got a reply. Also phoned a few of their stores but getting told to call all these places who tell me to phone where I have already called. I spoke to my bank who told me that as there's no funds in my account and I don't have an overdraft that it should bounce even tho I will get a fee for that and my credit will probably get hurt aswell, but no way for me to contact the company rather than what I have tried.
Hi thank you so much for your replies and sorry to bother you again, the money came out of my bank today but the bank is pulling the money back so my account should be back to normal tomorrow, I'm just wondering will paypal try to lift the money again or will my paypal account go into negative? Sorry for all the questions just that I'm unsure as after the bank does this if I will be able to put money into my paypal so I can use it as normal? Thank you
