Seller won't reply to my cancellation within the 24 hour period, where do I go from here?

So I ordered something this morning, but due to unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel the order. The order email clearly states a 24 hour window of which cancellations are possible, yet the email provided on their website and the one listed on their PayPal account hasn't replied at all with the window of opportunity closing in. The payment is no longer pending so it's not possible through that means.

 

Where do I go from here?
