Anyone else having this? It started late last night and I've tried several times to make it work and failed.
Seems PayPal doesnt "do" Switzerland and a few others.
I went back to ebay select "Print postage label" on your orders waiting for dispatch page, which goes through RM but still paying with PayPal - worked for me.
