Fake Item Supplied instead of Item Advertised as "Apple"

I have just taken delivery of a second hand Bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse advertised on the Preloved website as "Apple Wireless Keyboard and Mouse".

It was perfectly obvious from the moment the outer brown paper wrapping was removed from the parcel that it wasnt an Apple product - the box was the wrong colour and the printing on the box simply wasnt right. When the contents was revealed it was so not an Apple manufactured keyboard and mouse - it was really cheaply Chinese manufactured inferior quality merchanise.

Fortunately, the seller claimed that they had not received payment, which I made on the 22 December and PayPal are in the process of refunding my money.

I believe I am on firm ground with the action I have taken but would appreciate the opinion of anybody who has had similar experience.

I have expressed a willingness to return the seller's property on receiept of £3.40 to cover postage. Failing this, I am prepared to make the property available for collection.

Views would be appreciated
