Reporting a problem not working

Hello all,

Looks like some scum bags have been having fun with my paypal account. Paypal spotted suspicious activity and have limited my account, but when I try to report a problem with the transactions I get taken to a page with this error - 

'Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link'

Is anyone else having the same problem? I'm trying to call Paypal, but I've been on hold for a long time, and I've just had the iPhone 'low battery' warning pop up, so I'm not confident I'll get it sorted over the phone.

Any ideas?
